Move In

All exhibitors will receive a move-in packet with wristbands and blank name badges.  No one with an outstanding balance will be allowed to move in. 

Friday, August 17, 2012        8 a.m. – 5:00 pm.

All booths are 8 feet wide x 10 feet long.

Vending will be provided by the Frankfort Convention Center, under state contract.

Sunday, August 19, 2012       5 p.m. - 12 midnight

From Lexington

I-64 west to US 127N, exit #53B toward Frankfort.  Take Hwy 127N approximately 5 miles to US 421 S/ Wilkinson Street.  Continue to follow US 421S.  Exhibitor entrance is past the Capital Plaza Hotel on the left.

From Louisville
